We are seeking a skilled Delivery Professional to join our branch teams. This customer-facing role requires building strong relationships through high standards of sales and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage delivery operations to trade customers.
  • Ensure a safe work environment and display safe driving behaviors.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-lasting customer bonds.
  • Safely deliver products to trade customers, including workshops and dealerships.
  • Actively promote products and marketing initiatives during deliveries.
  • Assist the team with other tasks such as order processing, dispatching, and customer inquiries.

Requirements

  • A proactive individual who can multitask and prioritize deliveries based on urgency.
  • A customer-focused mindset or ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable demeanor.
  • Comfort working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Physical capacity to perform duties of the role (including handling heavy products).
  • A current valid driver's license (manual preferred).
  • Previous customer service experience within a trade/mechanical environment (desired).
