Job Title: Cabin Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cabin Service Representative. As the face of our airline, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers on board.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be flexible and able to adapt to changing situations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to passengers
  • Manage in-flight services including food and beverage preparation and presentation
  • Conduct safety checks and ensure compliance with aviation regulations
  • Work collaboratively with other crew members to ensure a smooth and safe flight
Requirements
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
  • No taller than 173 cm
  • Current Provide First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011)
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate - completed within the last 3 years
  • Demonstrate at least 3 years of secondary education in Australia or New Zealand, or have worked in Australia or New Zealand for at least 3 of the last 5 years, or have worked in the UK, Ireland or USA for at least 3 of the last 5 years, or have completed the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) with an overall grade of 5.5
  • Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to swim fully clothed without aid or floating device
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work varying hours including holidays and peak periods
  • High level of personal presentation
