Role Overview

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate individual to join our housekeeping team as a Room Attendant.

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in our luxurious rooms. This includes thorough cleaning of the room and bathroom, making of beds, vacuuming, mopping, and replenishing of amenities in a professional and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Presentation is key: Ensure all rooms are immaculately presented at all times.
  • Maintain your workspace and public areas to a high-quality standard.
  • Linen management: Sort, fold, count and stack linen and bedding with precision.
  • Security and confidentiality: Operate with integrity and diligence to maintain the security, confidentiality, and privacy of our hotel guests.
  • Health and safety: Work in adherence to Workplace Health & Safety policies and procedures, and proactively report any hazards, faults, or damages to management.
About You

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent presentation skills, be well-versed in providing quality customer service, and have some experience working in a fast-paced and high-energy environment. A proactive attitude, an excellent work ethic, and reliable nature are essential.

  • Flexible scheduling: Shifts available from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, seven days a week.
  • Paid training - completed over three days between Monday and Friday.
