This role is ideal for someone with trade qualifications or hands-on construction experience who wants to progress into a supervisory position.
Key Responsibilities:- Assisting in the coordination of resin-bound paving installations for commercial projects
- Participating in the completion of project installations
- Learning to work with subcontractors on-site and contributing to their development
- Supporting training sessions for new installers and learning best-practice installation techniques
- Conducting on-site quality inspections and providing client support
- Attending sites with senior staff to help resolve customer issues
- Maintaining safety documentation and supporting WHS compliance
- Trade background (landscaping, concreting, paving, carpentry, or similar)
- Eager to learn, hands-on, and willing to participate in physical tasks
- Strong work ethic and ability to take initiative
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to travel interstate occasionally
