Job Title: Installation Coordinator

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual with trade qualifications or hands-on construction experience to step up into a supervisory role.

  • You will receive full training in resin-bound paving methods and work closely with our experienced installation team, subcontractors, and management to learn every aspect of the trade.

Schedule Coordination: Supporting the scheduling and coordination of resin-bound paving installations for commercial projects.

Practical Completion: Actively participating in the practical completion of project installations.

Subcontractor Coordination: Learning to work with and coordinate subcontractors on-site.

Training and Development: Assisting with training sessions for new installers and learning best-practice installation techniques.

Quality Control: Helping with on-site quality inspections and client support.

Client Support: Attending sites with senior staff to help resolve customer issues.

OHS Compliance: Supporting WHS compliance by helping maintain safety documentation.

The ideal candidate will have a trade background (landscaping, concreting, paving, carpentry, or similar) and be eager to learn, hands-on, and not afraid to get involved in the physical side of the job.
