We are seeking a skilled Installation Specialist to join our team.

About the Role
  • The Installation Specialist will support the scheduling and coordination of resin-bound paving installations for commercial projects.
  • This role involves actively participating in the practical completion of project installations, working with subcontractors on-site, and assisting with training sessions for new installers.
  • The ideal candidate will have a trade background, be eager to learn and take initiative, possess strong communication and teamwork skills, and be willing to travel occasionally.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Schedule and coordinate resin-bound paving installations for commercial projects.
  2. Participate in the practical completion of project installations, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  3. Assist with training sessions for new installers, focusing on best-practice installation techniques.
  4. Support WHS compliance by maintaining safety documentation and helping resolve customer issues.
Requirements
  • Trade background (landscaping, concreting, paving, carpentry, or similar).
  • Eager to learn, hands-on, and not afraid to get involved in the physical side of the job.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to take initiative.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to travel interstate occasionally.
