Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced civil engineer to lead our urban, land and subdivision projects. Key responsibilities include managing project design, resolving design constraints, coordinating with various disciplines and delivering high-quality results as part of a multidisciplinary team.

About the Role

This role is responsible for overseeing civil design and documentation on various projects in public and private sectors across a regional client portfolio. You will be required to coordinate projects, interface with various disciplines and deliver projects with the support of a team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Extensive experience in civil engineering, preferably in a leadership role

Additional Information

The role can be based in Maroochydore (Sunshine Coast), Carrara (Gold Coast) or Springfield (Ipswich) offices. You will also be involved in initiating and managing business development opportunities and actively participating in and leading client service through establishing and maintaining strong relationships.
