Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team in South East Queensland.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical design background and excellent project delivery skills.

  • Design and deliver civil projects related to land, urban, and subdivisions.
  • Manage construction phase support, design review, stakeholder management, and liaison with authorities.
  • Liaise with engineers, designers, and drafters to ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Adhere to professional standards, ethics, and quality procedures.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Civil Engineer to grow their technical and leadership capabilities in a global engineering consultancy.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver civil design projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  2. Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
  5. Contribute to business development initiatives and identify new opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Demonstrated experience in civil engineering design and delivery.
  • Knowledge of applicable Australian standards, codes, and state requirements.
  • Ability to obtain CP Eng and RPEQ Registration as soon as eligible.
