Job Title: Senior Civil Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineering Manager to lead our civil design and documentation teams in Southeast Queensland.

  • The successful candidate will have a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree, substantial experience in civil engineering design and delivery of urban development projects, and strong project management skills.
  • The ideal candidate will also possess business development skills, local industry knowledge, and connections in the market.

The role involves overseeing civil design and documentation on urban, land and subdivision projects in public and private sectors, across a regional client portfolio.

You will be responsible for designing, coordinating and project managing urban, land and subdivision projects from feasibility through to construction. Additionally, you will prepare technical reports and specifications, provide technical expertise to clients and support projects, manage projects including scheduling and preparing project budgets, coordinate between disciplines on multidisciplinary projects, and prepare and review proposals, variation estimates and submission documents.

You will contribute to the development of our company's knowledge and skills in civil engineering including planning, design, and construction. Furthermore, you will maintain existing and develop new trusted relationships with key clients.
