The Role
  • Design and develop conceptual and detailed designs using 12D software for land subdivisions, road infrastructure, drainage, sewer and water systems, and associated infrastructure
  • Interpret civil design requirements from State Government, Local Government Authorities, and private sector clients, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with other disciplines such as transport, planning, survey, traffic, electrical, and landscaping to ensure comprehensive project delivery
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding project needs and progress
About You
  • Demonstrate senior experience in civil design engineering, with a focus on land, urban, and subdivision projects
  • Possess relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering or equivalent, with a strong understanding of design principles and practices
  • Have extensive experience using 12D software, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs
  • Familiarity with local authority and state government approval processes and regulatory requirements is essential
