Senior Rehabilitation Governance Specialist

About This Role
">We are seeking an experienced leader to manage and coordinate rehabilitation governance for QCS. The successful candidate will drive partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to improve offender outcomes, develop and implement governance activities, planning processes, and evidence-based practices across QCS to support rehabilitation and community needs.
">This role requires a high level of collaboration and communication skills, as well as strong leadership abilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in offender assessment, case management, offender management, and rehabilitation research initiatives.
">The key responsibilities of this role include:

- Providing strategic advice and ministerial correspondence">
- Offering advice and training to custodial and Community Corrections staff">
- Liaising with Federal and State Government agencies on offender rehabilitation">
A degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is highly desirable, along with postgraduate qualifications or significant progress towards the same.
