Job Title: Global Data Governance Director

The Global Data Governance Director ensures data protection compliance across regions, providing expert advice on regulatory requirements and leading regional privacy programs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement global data governance strategies to ensure alignment with local legislation and regulations.
• Lead regional Hub Privacy Programs, ensuring compliance with global data protection standards.
• Identify and address gaps in data governance programs, particularly during audits, mergers, or divestments.
• Foster a culture of data awareness and accountability through a network of Data Governance Champions.

Requirements:
• Excellent proficiency in English and Mandarin languages.
• Certification in data governance (e.g., CIPP/E, CIPT).
• In-depth knowledge of global data laws and regulations in commercial settings.
• Strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to drive data governance initiatives.
