Job Description:
As a Chief Data Protection and Cyber Security Specialist, you will play a critical role in protecting our organization's sensitive data from unauthorized access, theft, or damage. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective data protection strategies, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data protection policies and procedures
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data protection is integrated into all aspects of the business
- Implement incident response plans to address data breaches or other security incidents

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in data protection, cyber security, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of data protection laws and regulations, including GDPR and HIPAA
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
