CSL Behring is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic Maintenance and Utilities - Maintenance Services Team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our plant and equipment.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical engineering, with experience in batch manufacturing environments and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). They will also have excellent leadership and technical skills, with the ability to manage a mechanical trades team and provide technical advice to manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement maintenance solutions to improve plant and equipment reliability
  • Lead and manage a Mechanical trades team
  • Ensure preventative, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities are performed safely and efficiently
  • Investigate process, plant, and equipment failures, determine the cause of failure, and develop permanent solutions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electromechanical or Process Engineering
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance engineering position
  • Familiarity with CMMS software
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
