We are Australia's leading privately-owned fitness organisation. We currently operate 97 premium clubs in Queensland, Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia providing improved health, well-being and a sense of accomplishment to more than 270,000 members.

The Opportunity

Member Support Consultants at our club play an essential role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base. They inspire prospective members to begin their wellness journey - helping thousands of people become faster, fitter, stronger and happier versions of themselves.

This highly varied role has two clear goals: achieving sales targets through proactive activities and retaining existing members through exceptional customer service.

Experts in all things fitness, Member Support Consultants can seamlessly switch between sales and lead generation; provide exceptional service on the reception desk and proactively communicate with current members to enhance their experience and drive positive retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to sales growth using promotions and referral campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals and new business opportunities
  • Achieve the required number of contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
  • Deliver sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create great member journeys through positive interactions
  • Ensure successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Open and close the club as per the roster
  • Engage actively in member retention programs inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
  • Regularly contact new and existing members to keep them engaged recommending products that boost results and amplify experience
Your Skills and Qualifications

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has current First Aid & CPR certificates
  • Can build rapport with diverse individuals with a desire to help people succeed in their goals
  • Can solve problems and overcome obstacles
  • Has excellent communication skills able to listen, understand empathise and influence others
  • Is driven to achieve individual targets and team goals
  • Is focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences
