The Opportunity

We have an opportunity for a Quality Assurance Engineer to be part of our Corporate Services Division within the Department of Primary Industries and Regions.

The primary purpose of the role is to support / provide / deliver contribute to major work programs to modernise, transform and deliver a range of sustainable, user-focussed, digital government services for the South Australian community. This role is responsible for designing, creating, testing and deploying effective quality assurance/test solutions for software and supports a team of developers for the creation and enhancements to large and complex digital solutions to achieve significant business outcomes.

The Quality Assurance Engineer contributes delivering the agency's priorities including manage risk and recovery and perform well. The role contributes to delivering expert and specialised advice and coaching across a range of technical areas to ensure overall quality enhancements are delivered while minimising regression impacts.

Special Conditions

  • Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Check (NPC) prior to being made an offer of employment.

  • Full time, 37.5 hours per week.

Remuneration

ASO7 - $108,109 min - $116,864 max per annum, plus superannuation
