Mechanical Maintenance Leader

Job Overview:

As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day direction and supervision of maintenance crews at our mine site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and schedule mechanical maintenance, repair, and breakdown work on fixed plant equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Plan and oversee preventative maintenance schedules to maximise equipment lifespan and reliability.
  • Conduct regular inspections and fault diagnosis to identify areas for improvement and minimise plant downtime.
  • Organise registers for all safety and management issues highlighted from daily reports and inspections.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • C Class Driver's Licence
  • Schedule 26 Certification
  • Current First Aid certification
  • Relevant Trade Qualification and Supervisory Courses
  • Australian work rights

Desirable Qualifications:

  • High Risk Work licences
  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Frontline Management
