Digital Experience Director

An exceptional opportunity exists for an experience designer who is familiar with UI design. The successful candidate will lead the definition of a digital product's experience vision, design interactions to bring the vision to life, and validate the desirability of digital products. They will be the ultimate champion of the customer, playing a key role in delivering industry-leading experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead, plan, and deliver a human-centred design approach for new or improved digital products and services, conducting discovery research with customers and facilitating co-design sessions/workshops.
- Take responsibility for the build and evolution of evidence-based customer stories, journeys, sketches, flows, and prototypes, developing an experience vision and UX kit that enables product and project teams to undertake detailed design and development, strengthening customer empathy and centricity by all team members.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, squad/project team, and the broader Digital Experience Design team to shape the strategic direction of digital products built to the highest possible standard, meeting brand, government, and accessibility standards and guidelines, while working within challenging technical constraints.
- Lead and provide support, direction, coaching, and mentoring to junior digital experience designers.
