About the Role
\Our company is seeking a seasoned Digital Experience Director to lead our global website and online presence. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing eCommerce platforms, leading website optimisation across multiple regions and languages, and driving engagement, conversion, and loyalty through best-in-class digital experiences.
\The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping how consumers interact with our brands online, optimising website user journeys, ensuring seamless accessibility, usability, and branding, and overseeing multi-language translation and localisation to deliver a premium global experience.
\This role requires a confident communicator who can bring both technical know-how and commercial acumen to deliver engaging, high-performing online experiences. Key skills include A/B testing, CRO, SEO best practice, and technical web fundamentals (HTML/CSS), as well as strong project management and collaboration skills, with experience leading teams.
