We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our projects team at Leaderearthworks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise site operations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
  • Coordinate and manage site works, including plant, labor, and subcontractors.
  • Document and maintain site-related paperwork, including Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), licenses, and tickets.
  • Enforce and demonstrate safe work practices, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer with site operations, monitoring progress to meet budget and targets.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor with a background in delivering civil projects. You will have:

  • Proven ability to undertake the role of Supervisor and manage sub-contractors.
  • Strong people management and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to take a hands-on approach on site.
  • Plant Operation tickets, advantageous but not essential.
  • Driver's license.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
