Job Title: Site Manager

DCOH is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our construction projects, from coordination and planning to execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination and Operations: Coordinate onsite activities according to priorities set by the Project Manager, collaborate with the Project Manager for effective planning and management of ongoing site operations, and identify areas of risk and opportunities, reporting matters as they arise in accordance with company procedures.
  • Safety and Resource Management: Ensure the safety and well-being of DCOH' construction team, subcontractors, and suppliers by providing a safe working environment, complete construction activities on schedule with the aim of achieving no safety or industrial incidents, and ensure sufficient manpower and resources on site to achieve required productivity.
  • Quality Management Duties: Allocate project staff to perform inspection duties and ensure non-conformance is reported, ensure non-conformance is addressed within the required timeframe and that remedial solutions are implemented, and review inspection reports and initiate any required actions.
  • Professional Conduct and Leadership: Serve as a daily point of contact with Client Representatives and ensure professional conduct at all times, lead by example as the project leader for the team to achieve the best possible outcomes, and build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within and outside DCOH.
Requirements:
  • Relevant management skills and understanding of construction materials and methods including commercial functions.
  • Minimum of 5 years in estimating, administration and site management.
  • Understanding of quality, safety and environmental matters.
  • Willing to undertake further training as required.
