
Pathway Director Support Leader

The Administrative Review Tribunal plays a crucial role in the Australian legal landscape, providing an independent review process for individuals and organisations affected by Commonwealth laws.
This key ongoing position within the Case Management branch offers flexibility and can be located in various locations across Australia.
The incumbent will play a critical role in supporting the management of applications for review during the case management phase, collaborating with senior leadership and operational directors to deliver on the Tribunal's objectives.
In consultation with Registrar Leads, the successful candidate will oversee the delivery of case management strategies and initiatives, ensuring the timely progression of cases to finalisation or readiness for allocation to a member for hearing.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team, fostering a culture of collaboration and modeling standards of behaviour consistent with APS Values, Employment Principles, and Code of Conduct.
- Develop and implement change, identifying opportunities for improvement and promoting a proactive approach to uncertainty and ambiguity.
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with senior stakeholders, working collaboratively to achieve outcomes and negotiate successfully.
- Exercise sound judgement, ensuring alignment of section activities with organisational priorities and delivering results.
The successful candidate will be a strong leader with a proven track record in service delivery and relationship development.
They will possess a detailed understanding of the Tribunal's legislative and policy context, as well as demonstrated experience in working in a challenging environment with competing priorities.
Requirements:- Australian Citizenship.
- Security Clearance – Ability to obtain and maintain a baseline security clearance.
- Relevant qualification, training, or experience related to one or more functions or powers of the Tribunal.
