About the Role:

As a Regional Health Director, you will lead the charge across Western Australian operations and Victorian smelter, each site presenting unique challenges and opportunities for transformation. This isn't just a role – it's a chance to embed world-class safety practices and leave a lasting impact.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead a regional Health & Safety team to deliver objectives and drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with the Regional Lead Team to ensure key risks are understood, incidents are addressed, and compliance requirements are met.
  • Identify high-risk areas and processes to improve safety outcomes.
  • Implement global and regional H&S initiatives.
  • Share best practices and learnings across sites and regions.
  • Contribute to global H&S strategy evolution and programs.
  • Provide governance oversight and opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay abreast of regulatory changes and emerging risks within the region.
  • Coordinate legal and compliance requirements implementation.
