Job Title

The Administrative Review Tribunal seeks a Senior Business Manager to play a critical role in supporting the management of applications for review during the case management phase.

  • Lead and manage a team, cultivate a culture of collaboration, and model standards of behaviour consistent with APS Values, APS Employment Principles, and APS Code of Conduct.
  • Manage and implement change, identify opportunities for improvement, and promote a positive approach to dealing with uncertainty and ambiguity.
  • Communicate complex information clearly, make persuasive recommendations, and adapt to the needs of different audiences.
  • Think strategically, exercise judgement, and ensure alignment of section activities with organisational priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve business outcomes, leveraging data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Mentor and coach staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Strengthen processes and systems, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
