Regional Leadership Opportunity

The Regional Manager role is a leadership position that requires business development expertise, leadership experience, and exceptional communication skills.

About the Role

We are seeking a talented people leader to manage our regional operations. The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies, providing high-quality professional service, and supporting the region's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective regional strategies
  • Provide high-quality professional service and support to achieve regional goals
  • Ensure all regional staff deliver excellent member service and support

This is a full-time position with a 38-hour work week. However, flexibility to work outside these hours may be required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate:

  • Business development expertise and strategic thinking
  • Leadership experience and skills, including management of medium to large teams
  • Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills, including negotiation, time management, and conflict resolution
  • A passion for community involvement and regional development
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry and mortgage lending (desirable)
