For a successful organization, we are seeking an experienced Regional Director to lead our sales and customer service strategy in their region. This key role will drive business growth while ensuring exceptional support for international students.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about international education, have leadership experience, and be driven to make a positive impact.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading, training, and mentoring the sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Collaborating with senior management to develop effective retention strategies and drive student engagement
  • Selling courses and products, assisting students in selecting the right programs and supporting their journey
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations, including scheduling, payroll, and professional development
  • Maintaining high levels of customer service, ensuring all students receive personalized support

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex matters in an easily understandable way.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with students, partners, and stakeholders are also essential.
