Job Opportunity

Capella Hotels and Resorts is seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our food and beverage division, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support for the food and beverage department
  • Ensuring timely responses to correspondence addressed to the department
  • Coordinating business itineraries and requirements as instructed
  • Offering recommendations and directions for guests based on local culture, heritage sites, and trends
  • Handling complaints and resolving service issues in a timely manner
  • Reporting any issues or damages and breakdowns within working areas and the hotel

Talent Profile:

  • A minimum of one year's experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail are essential
  • Excellent time and task management skills
  • Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word
  • Experience with InDesign, Canva, Micros, and SevenRooms
  • Valid working rights in Australia
