About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Food Service Coordinator in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Purchase and manage food and beverage supplies, track expenses, and submit reports as required.
  • Coordinate food service activities, including menu planning, inventory management, and quality control.
  • Manage regular administrative tasks and ongoing projects as needed.
  • Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer satisfaction, working closely with the facilities team to achieve this goal.
  • Manage events and provide proactive support to internal clients.
  • Demonstrate efficiency and sensitivity in responding to customer enquiries.
  • Record and follow up on customer information, enquiries, and actions accurately.
  • Promote and encourage a positive working environment at all times.
  • Promote effective communication between departments.
  • Oversee and implement health and safety regulations in the workplace.

Requirements:

  • Current RSA competency card.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Immaculate and smart presentation.
  • Full-time availability.

Job Details:

  • Job Type: Full-time, Casual.
  • Pay: $30.00 per hour.
  • Expected Hours: 8 per week.
