Job Title:

A Manager is required to oversee the billing process for a medical practice. This role involves managing a team, reviewing and updating processes, and liaising with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the billing team
  • Recruit and train new staff members
  • Review and update billing procedures and training materials
  • Liaise with systems providers to ensure billing software functionality
  • Communicate with clients regarding billing queries
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and ensure team meets standards and policies
  • Operational reporting, tracking invoices, trends, and issues

Requirements:

  • Experience in accounts, data entry, or similar fields
  • Familiarity with medical billing software advantageous
  • Professional communication skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Prioritization and task management skills
  • Honesty, trustworthiness, and a strong work ethic
