Key Role in Telecommunications Commercial Success

Our company seeks a Senior Commercial Manager to drive strategic impact on work winning initiatives and lead front-end commercial activities for new business and major renewals in the telecommunications sector.

This is a hands-on role in a well-supported professional team that works on exciting opportunities within the telecommunications market. You will own negotiations, ensure commercial integrity across the portfolio, and play a vital role in guiding financial decisions and managing risk throughout the pre-contract phase.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead commercial strategy and risk management during the pre-contract phase.
  • Review and assess tender documents, contracts, and pricing for new and renewal opportunities.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with business procedures.
  • Collaborate with bid teams, estimators, and business units to mitigate risks and validate pricing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree-qualified in Business, Law, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in commercial and contract management, ideally within Telco or civil construction.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record managing multi-million dollar projects.
