Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Manager to lead our Commercial Contract Development team.

As part of this role, you will design commercial constructs and define contractual frameworks to support fibre on demand operations, ensuring seamless customer service across various teams.

  • Develop fibre on demand products
  • Manage commercial deals, contracts, and consultation processes
  • Ensure regulatory compliance through internal and external audits
  • Communicate changes to relevant stakeholders

You will set strategic direction for contractual frameworks based on analysis of existing arrangements and new opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will have extensive commercial experience in telecommunications or equivalent industries.

A strong understanding of Australian telecommunications regulations is essential, along with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills are also required.
