About the Job

We're seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Service Expert to join our team. As a key member of our outlet, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our guests, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tending to guests during restaurant service periods, exceeding their expectations through attentive and personalized service.
  • Engaging and inspiring guests throughout the food and beverage experience, building strong relationships and anticipating their needs.
  • Maintaining outlet cleanliness, adhering to checklists, and demonstrating attention to detail.
  • Delivering exceptional service excellence with each customer interaction, understanding their requirements and preferences.
  • Collaborating with the Food and Beverage team on general operational tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of the outlet.
  • Assisting with bar service periods, including tending, stocking, and cleaning the bar area.
  • Fulfilling special banquet event arrangements requested by guests and attending to in-house events.
  • Replenishing buffet items to ensure consistency and freshness in presentation from opening to closing.
About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A valid RSA certification.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working rights in Australia.
  • An enthusiastic approach to career development and growth.
  • Self-motivation, driven attitude, and ability to work effectively in a team.

Compensation Package

We offer an estimated annual salary of $60,000 - $80,000, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits and incentives.
