Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Construction Lead to lead our team on innovative and exciting commercial fit out projects.

The role of Senior Construction Lead is a critical position within our team, responsible for delivering successful projects from pre-design to completion.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver successful projects through pre-design, design, construction and completion stages.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for communication and stakeholder management.
  • Establish and maintain Health Safety and Environmental systems, ensuring compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assemble and lead a high-performing project team to achieve outstanding results.
  • Manage formal project deliverables, including liaison with Directors, Construction Managers, Site Managers, and contractors as required.
Key Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in a Project Manager or Senior Construction Lead role with commercial fit out projects over $3m.
  • Strong leadership ability, with a proven track record of leading teams.
  • Passion for fit out with attention to detail, coupled with excellent client-facing skills.
  • Proven experience completing multiple Australian market projects from start to finish.
