Senior Project Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our commercial/life science project.

This individual will be responsible for managing the full 360 project life cycle, with experience running jobs through head contractors and consultancy/client side.

Candidates will need to have new build or extensions experience on projects in sectors such as commercial medium to high rise, health, pharma, labs, research, life sciences etc.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Client liaison and consultation
  • Project planning and feasibility studies
  • Design management and value engineering
  • Procurement of construction services
  • Delivery of construction services
  • Cost control and reporting
  • Commissioning and post-contract duties
  • Oversight and delivery of the project
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-15 years of experience in managing commercial medium to high rise / life science projects
  • Proven knowledge of contract administration and base build construction
  • Experience managing general conditions of contract
  • Able to identify key client and builder obligations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
