Senior Construction Project Lead

Job Title:
Senior Construction Project LeadWe are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Lead to lead a major government health fit out project, overseeing delivery from pre-construction through to completion.
Responsibilities:- Lead and manage all phases of the project
- Develop and control project programmes, budgets, and risk management strategies
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
- Evaluate and implement quality assurance processes, safety standards, and adherence to timelines
- Manage project costs effectively while identifying opportunities for cost savings
- Chair site and stakeholder meetings, providing clear and timely updates
- Resolve issues proactively with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Minimum 4+ years' experience as a Project Manager on large-scale construction projects
- Previous experience with government, health, or complex fit out projects highly regarded
- Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
- Solid knowledge of pre-construction, procurement, and delivery processes
- Proven ability to manage $20M+ projects successfully
- Full Australian working rights
