A dynamic and experienced leader is sought to lead a newly acquired, well-established early learning service. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership for all centre operations, ensuring high standards in early childhood education and a positive team culture.
About Our Centre- We operate a purpose-built, architecturally designed multi-level early learning service with 14 dynamic rooms to spark curiosity.
- We are conveniently located in South Brisbane.
- The Centre Director/Manager will lead day-to-day operations, partnering with an experienced leadership team to drive high standards and ensure the centre runs smoothly, safely, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Key responsibilities include providing strategic leadership, championing a safety-first culture, cultivating influential partnerships, and leading educational program delivery.
- The ideal candidate will be a passionate, experienced leader eager to embrace change and lead a team, with a strong knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Law & Regulations.
- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood), Advanced Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Proven leadership and management experience within a large early childhood education setting.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Current certifications and clearances as required.
