Project Coordinator Opportunity

Kappa Executive Search is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join a top-tier Health Architecture practice in Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the delivery of medium to large-scale health projects.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have experience delivering base build projects and will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from concept through to completion. Strong construction knowledge and excellent Revit skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage architectural projects from concept through to completion.
  • Utilise strong construction knowledge to oversee project development.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project excellence.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years local post-graduate architectural experience.
  • Solid knowledge of construction processes.
  • Experience delivering base build project in healthcare sector.
  • Proficiency in Revit.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A positive and enthusiastic approach, with a keen interest in career progression.
