Artificial Intelligence Product Specialist

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in collaborative environments, possess a deep understanding of AI/ML product lifecycles, and are passionate about emerging technologies and responsible AI practices.

  • Translate AI use cases into clear, testable product requirements and workflows.
  • Document business rules, acceptance criteria, and evaluation metrics.
  • Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and testing cycles.
  • Assist in embedding responsible AI practices and governance into development workflows.
  • Capture model documentation, risks, and approval checklists.
  • Contribute to post-deployment monitoring plans for AI models.
  • Validate solutions against business requirements and assess organisational readiness.
  • Act as a translator between technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption of AI tools.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years' experience in data science, analytics, or AI-related roles, strong communication and analytical skills, and a solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, model lifecycle, and technical terminology.
