About This Role
  • We are seeking a seasoned Audit Manager to join our esteemed team in Adelaide, Australia. The role will involve working with ASX-listed companies, privately owned businesses, and Not for Profits, analyzing their financial drivers, risk profiles, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Establishing and managing audit objectives, leading a team of auditors, and ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Conducting thorough client assessments, identifying potential financial risks, and reporting on compliance matters.
  • Developing and delivering high-quality audit reports, engaging clients, and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Mentoring and developing team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Building successful partnerships with clients, leveraging expertise to add value and drive business outcomes.
  • Staying abreast of industry developments, emerging trends, and regulatory updates to maintain professional competence.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in external auditing, preferably within mid-tier or Big 4 firms.
  • Hold a CA qualification or equivalent overseas certification.
  • Strong communication, consultation, and project management skills, enabling effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on delivering practical solutions and mitigating risks.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, essential for working across diverse internal teams.
  • Sound knowledge of IFRS, Australian Auditing Standards, and relevant legislation would be advantageous.
