Data Center Customer Operations Lead

This leadership position oversees the daily operations of a customer-facing team within a data center environment.
The supervisor will ensure high-quality service delivery, managing a team to meet customer service level agreements (SLAs) and operational targets.
Main Responsibilities:- Supervise and mentor a team of customer operations specialists.
- Schedule and allocate resources to meet customer expectations.
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and customer focus.
- Manage direct reports and provide guidance to indirect reports across multiple sites.
- Oversee customer order fulfillment, installations, and remote hands services.
- Ensure accurate documentation of service delivery activities.
- Act as an escalation point for customer issues and coordinate resolution.
- Monitor and improve operational workflows and service delivery processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and policies.
- Support quality assurance initiatives and audits.
- Liaise with internal teams for seamless collaboration.
