Elevate performance and drive growth as our Sales Training Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coach high-performing teams, design and deliver structured sales training sessions from onboarding to advanced coaching.
  2. Review daily sales calls, provide constructive feedback, and implement clear action plans.
  3. Create frameworks, scripts, and playbooks to increase consistency and close rates.
  4. Run sales meetings, huddles, and role-play sessions to sharpen skills.
  5. Track KPIs, identify gaps, and implement solutions for ongoing performance lift.
  6. Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales on forecasting, reporting, and strategy.

Requirements:

  • A proven record of coaching high-performing teams and lifting close rates.
  • Experience in reviewing sales calls, giving feedback, and driving tangible improvements.
  • Obsession with improving customer experience, shortening sales cycles, and lifting close rates.
  • Calm, clear, and confident communication skills with empathy.
