Job Description

The Principal Policy Officer will play a key role in supporting statewide change management and implementation of the Victorian Family Violence Multi-Agency Risk Assessment and Management Framework.

This is a challenging and dynamic role that requires strong leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead engagement with key partners to develop and implement MARAM alignment policy, delivering key change management and implementation projects.
  • Lead strategic engagement with Statewide Family Violence Integration Advisory Committee and Family Violence Regional Integration Committees.
  • Support the Manager and play a key leadership role within the team by leading and supporting individuals to achieve their potential.
Skills Required:
  • Excellent change management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strategic policy advice and leadership capabilities.
  • Able to exercise sound judgement in a complex and dynamic environment.
