**Job Overview**\
As a Director of Corporate Communications, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of global communications strategies. This is a pivotal leadership role where you will shape and execute our corporate communications strategy and narrative.\

**Key Responsibilities**\
• Spearhead the development and execution of global communications strategies to drive company value in line with strategic objectives.\
• Lead critical corporate communications projects, synthesising complex financial and technical information into clear, effective communication plans.\
• Manage a team of direct reports ensuring high-functioning and engaged teams that meet key objectives.\
• Collaborate with global and regional communications teams to strategically position the company across key markets.\
• Partner with senior leadership to execute the CEO's executive profiling program through media and speaking opportunities.\
• Help advise and support the Reputation Communications team to continuously develop and safeguard the company's reputation through proactive and reactive strategies.\
• Navigate a fast-paced, rapidly scaling global business with confidence and clarity, providing leadership across key communications work-streams.\

**Requirements**\
• 15+ years of direct external communications experience within listed companies with a strong track record in project management, leadership, and a deep understanding of listed company practices.\
• Proven ability to take a global point of view, localise where needed, and successfully work with and engage people and teams across different cultures and working styles.\
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a distinctive, personal and accessible tone. Impeccable attention to detail is crucial.\
• Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams while upskilling and coaching direct reports.\
• A strong understanding of business drivers and the ability to translate business objectives into effective communications narrative and strategies.\
• Well-developed stakeholder and project management experience with a demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion.\
