Requirements

  • Relevant degree and significant experience in a leadership role, preferably in a community services setting.

  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality services and achieving program outcomes.

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues.

  • Proficient in current office technology systems, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
