Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects and programs.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certification in program management, such as PMP or PRINCE2.
  • Experience working in the government or defense industry, with knowledge of relevant regulations and contractual requirements.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, including finance, HR, and supply chain management.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
