Job Title: Enterprise Program Manager

Job Summary:

KBR Inc. is seeking an experienced Enterprise Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading large-scale programs and projects, ensuring successful delivery, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex programs and projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies to drive business success.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities, develop proposals, and negotiate contracts.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects.
  • Strong technical, business, and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Professional certification in program management, such as PMP or CFM.
  • Experience working in a 24/7 mission-critical environment, with a strong understanding of facilities construction, operations, and maintenance.
  • Ability to travel between facilities and locations, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with business strategy, developing project execution plans, and managing budgets.
  • Knowledge of process improvement models, such as LEAN or Six Sigma.
  • Experience planning and implementing large-scale facility and logistics projects.
  • Knowledge of U.S. government exercise or crisis management communities.
