**Job Title: Courier Supervisor Role Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Courier Supervisor. This position will involve coordinating our team of couriers with daily allocation of set runs, rostering of courier staff to support lab operations, ensuring compliance for vehicles and staff, and providing exceptional customer service by ensuring timely and accurate collection of samples and delivery to the laboratory.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about leading a team and has strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. As a Courier Supervisor, you will be responsible for performing employee training as required, determining the most effective route to deliver samples to the laboratory in a timely manner, reviewing and approving courier driver times through 'Tanda', preparing fortnightly rosters and arranging coverage to ensure IDEXX's service offering to all clients, conducting performance reviews, monitoring courier run performance, onboarding new courier drivers, implementing endorsed IDEXX administrative and HR procedures and practices, and participating in recruitment, selection, disciplinary action training and development of staff.

The ideal candidate will have a full driver's license, a clean driving history, and higher school certificate preferred. Experience working as a courier or delivery role and customer service experience with outstanding supervisory and relationship building skills are desired. The successful candidate will also have professional presentation and attitude, excellent organisational, communication and time management skills, and the ability to identify and report process inefficiencies and assist with implementing improvements.
