Job Title: Event Technology Specialist

As a technology leader with a 30-year heritage, our platform supports small corporate events to large multi-faceted conferences and exhibitions, including the Rugby World Cup and London Olympics.

Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and tech teams to gather, define, and prioritize business and functional requirements.
  2. Document current and future state process flows, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  3. Transform ideas into specifications for development cycles.
  4. Lead agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably within a software product or SaaS environment.
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Proven track record of working in Agile product teams.
  • Ability to define user stories and translate business needs into technical requirements.
