Job Description

We are seeking an IT administrator to provide technical support for live events in Australia. The role combines office-based system administration with field deployments across NSW's premier entertainment venues, stadiums and event spaces.

  • Technical Operations:
    • Scope and create bespoke IT solutions for events across Australia
    • Deliver on-site IT support across diverse event portfolio
    • Work with Windows versions (Windows 10/11, Windows IoT, Windows Server)
    • Install points of sale at venues and temporary events
    • Administer and maintain ticketing IT infrastructure and access control infrastructure at client venues
    • Coordinate preventative maintenance and respond to urgent technical needs
    • Use JIRA to track, document and resolve issues with detailed reporting
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least one year of hands-on IT support experience (L1/L2), with multi-site or field service exposure preferred
  • Technical expertise in Windows 10/11 administration, POS system management, and VPN technologies
  • Strong client-facing communication and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
