We have an opportunity available for aPortfolio Lead - Senior Consultant / Principal Consultantto join our Digital Team.
Role: Portfolio Lead
Location: Perth - Oil/gas/Mining background.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist with Business case lite creation
Budget management, planning and reporting
Work with stakeholders on updates and progress
Assist with WBS structures
Manage Steer Co
Risks and issues management
Manage portfolio of work through client's delivery framework
Identify opportunities for improvement
Feed into overall portfolio managed by Delivery Assurance
Understand business needs with portfolio initiatives and prioritisation
Identify initiative convergence opportunities—optimised resources usage and business value delivery
Work with multiple client teams for resource timing, cost allocations, and sequencing
